One of the most significant days in American history, May 15th, 1940, two brothers from New Hampshire opened a little drive up restaurant in San Bernardino, CA. That fateful day changed the way American’s eat forever, and not necessarily in a good way.

Fast Food Reviewed originally began as place for me to poke fun at and review fast food for my friends’ entertainment. Along the way, the blog evolved to taking a closer look at fast food and the fast food industry, peering under the bun to see what lies beneath. Part of this is because I just can’t consume, nor condone consuming, fast food on a regular basis. I’m not saying this to demonize fast food, I think it can have a place in our collective diets, but everything should be in moderation. While you will still find the occasional review, you’ll find more food news, musings, and opinions than anything else.

And for those lawyers out there, everything expressed in this blog is my opinion or the opinion of my contributors or commentators unless cited otherwise. There are always two sides to every story, so take what I say with a grain of salt and a dab of ketchup.
